Louvered window hardware

Looking for some serious help here!! Do you carry this kind of hardware for louvered windows. 12 windows measure 38 3/8 x 17, and 3 windows measure 29 1/2 x 17. The hardware is a dual arm ( left & right), center mount gear box and rotary crank handle. Color is copper,

I would measure the hardware but I'm not sure how to do it properly. I would need instructions to do the replacements.

If you don't carry this, can you recommend a company who might have it.
