I have new construction certainteed windows from 1996. I am looking for the sash tilt latches for the lower sash.
And also the security stops which are installed on the upper sash

Our 26-148 vent latch looks similar to what you have here. Look over the dimensions for this part and see if they match what you need.
We may have a replacement for the tilt latch but we'll need more information to help track down a match. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center?
