Do you have a piece that can be used on the other side of this window to replace missing/broken piece? My balance is a S385-28.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We aren't immediately familiar with this guide. It looks like it may be damaged, so we'd like to see an undamaged version removed from the window sash. Written-out dimensions of the part would also be helpful.
