Lower sash and frame parts for Alside Excaliber double hung window

Need LOWER SASH BALANCE (2) for Alside Excaliber double hung window and replacement replacement pivot bar (2)
SN:144-405228
size: 29 3/4" x 41 1/2"

bottom sash balance (from the exterior) left side # 7, Right side #12. Not sure if these are the correct sizes as the upper sash balance (from the exterior) Left side #14, right side #16.

Hello! It looks like you have a match for our 15-177 coil balance shoe, which is designed to be compatible with the Series 152 coil spring. The pivot bar is our 26-466. I also recommend reusing the old plastic cover if you can, since it still appears to be in good condition.

I'm not sure what the numbers you gave indicate; the left and right hand sides should be identical. Can you clarify where you found those numbers and what they might represent?
