M- Shape ---28" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE

Question

Hi,we need to replace broken balance shoe ("1" T-LOCK BALANCE SHOE, CLOSED CAM, Product Code: 15-194), which is connected to this 28" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE, but noticed that our channel balance is a "M"-shap on bottom (please see attached pics), not a flat one as shown in your product picture. Does "15-194 balance shoe" fit our M shape channel balance?

You have a good eye. Most customers purchase the 15-194 without noticing that M shaped groove and end up disappointed. Unfortunately, the 15-194 does not fit in that metal channel.

This is an older style that I don't think is around anymore. All the same, it's not something we have access to. The only thing we can recommend is purchasing an all new S795-28 balance, as well as a 15-194 separately. The shoes can be swapped out upon receipt.
