Hi, We have an apartment building with 30 of these windows and need parts fast. we are a not for profit group home agency. this particular building is a HUD funded site, and we have to keep the building in working order.It would be great if you can help us out. we also need the window lock latches. the M W latch for double hung windows that is on your homepage is the one I need. also the picture I sent you is a double hung window balancer spring assm.

Unfortunately all we can supply are the friction shoes, our 15-104. The springs are not available. If the springs are broken or missing, you will need to take a sash and jamb liner to your nearest mill work where they can set you up with a new jamb liner system.
