M & W Window parts

Question

Thanks for your time, I need to see if you can identify the attached parts from the pictures I have attached! We are thinking they were sold in 2002/03 and purchased from M & W.

Thank you for contacting us, Tim. Take a look at our 15-104, I think this could be the shoe you're looking for. I'm afraid we cannot replace the spring. If you need that, you'll need an all new replacement jamb liner. I recommend contacting a local mill work for assistance with that.
