The metal piece in my widow sash weight broke. Can you please advise on a replacement part? Thank you I don't have the name of the manufacture

Thanks for your post! This coil assembly reminds me of the S161-06. I'm confident this is the correct match but be sure to double check the dimensions.

This assembly is often used with either the 26-398 or 26-405 pivot bar.
