I need replacement channel balances stamped "2975 BSI EA". Please confirm the correct replacement, sash weight rating, and top based on the attached photos. I cannot find a bottom fitting.

Hello there. Unfortunately it is impossible to say what channel balance you need without seeing the bottom shoe. Is there another balance, the other from this window or from an identical window in the house, that you could remove and show us photos of, especially of the bottom shoe? That'll help narrow it down.

Hello again. From what I can see of the bottom shoe, this channel balance might be an S378-28, S380-28, or S385-28. The only difference between these three channel balances is the shoe depth. See below. You'll need to remove your old balance and measure to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2975.
