I have broken ballast parts for MW double hung tilt windows. I would need a replacement spring, a tilt pivot, and the plastic shoe that the pivot engages. Do you have any applicable parts? Alternatively, is there an entire sash replacement that works with these windows?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement springs or jamb liners. We offer the 15-104 friction shoe, depending on how the specifications below compare to yours. For new jamb liners, we suggest contacting a local millwork.
