Hello there. For the window operator, I believe you might need our 39-155 and 39-156. Please look over all their dimensions, especially the length of the link arms. Let me know if any measurements differ. For a handle and cover that work with these operators, see the 39-107 and 39-114L. 

For the weatherstripping, you'll need to remove a sample and measure out the end profile dimensions. That cross-section is crucial to finding the right replacement. See the video below for details.
