MW Freedom Window Replacement Part

Good Afternoon. I have MW Freedom Double Hung Tilt windows throughout my home here in Forest Virginia. These vinyl windows have a channelled spring mechanism that extends from the top to the bottom of each window frame. A simple metal hook at the top attaches the spring and a long plastic part secured by a screw secures the bottom of the spring at the base of the window. ln many of my windows, this plastic bottom section has broke. As a result, my top window falls when the window is unlocked.

I called MW, and they were not at all helpful in helping me figure out the identifying plastic part needed to correct this problem.

It is my hope that someone there will be able to assist me in my pursuit of this part. I have attached two photos here of the top and bottom parts respectively (the piece is broken into two), of the replacement I am looking for. Thank you for your time and expertise.
