I need several sets like this for 30 x 30 plus or minus, 18 lb. Sashes. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have an old crossbow balance. These are no longer made; we have phased them out in favor of our Series 795 Channel Balances and we recommend you use them for replacements. See the video below for more details.

Here is a picture of the bottom shoe. I believe it measures 1" but I am not sure. Any suggestions for this?

Yep, that looks like the shoe I see in your first picture. These balances aren't made anymore. You'll need an all new Series 795. I recommend watching the video Bob posted, that should tell you everything you need to know. It's very thorough.
