Hopefully you can help. I need to replace balances that are not working. The measurement from metal end to metal end is 17 5/8" long and a channel width of 1/2". The only markings on the balance are: 17-2, BSI and, PA. Also, would need "clips" that go inside the sash.

Your last photo appears to be showing our 16-002 take out clip.
