MW spring balances

Hello. We have single hung, MW, vintage year 2000 spring balances. Only the bottom dash moves. The bottom sash weights 21.6 pounds. The spring balance grey tube is 31 inches long and the spring is 12 inches long. The windows would need new pivot bars, sockets and balances. I know they don't make the original pets anymore, I read that you have suitable replacements that are easy to retrofit. Would need 30 new spring balances, 30 pivot bars and 30 sockets that slide in the frame and any tools necessary for this specific repair. Thanks, Rick
