MW window balances

I have mw windows and totally mangled the balances when removing the sashes. Is that something you can help with? If so please let me know the parts and any installation tips would be appreciated. The full length of the vinyl assembly is 73.5 inches

Hello,
Unfortunately, the only part of this balance assembly that we carry would be the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe. If these are for wood windows, a local millwork may be able to supply you with replacement jamb liners to repair your windows. Thanks for posting!
