M&W window parts

My house was built in 2001 with M&W windows.
The plastic piece at the top of the balance and springs has broken off of 12 lower windows and 3 top windows. I need replacement parts for these. Also pictured is the rubber seal at the bottom of one of the windows that needs replacing.
Can you help me get these parts

Thanks for posting, Brian. These old crossbow balances aren't made anymore, but you can replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details.

My home built in 2001 has M & W Freedom vinyl windows , double hung , 9 over 9 .. A golf ball hit the frame and cracked it into many pieces .. Can the frame be purchased without the windows ? Have security film installed on windows .. To re-install new windows film would add about $250./ window .. Your thoughts , Ed

I'm afraid this isn't a project that we can help with. Our company doesn't sell replacement sashes or window frames of any kind. We only deal in smaller replacement parts like balances, locks, pivot shoes, etc.

I recommend contacting the original maker of the window for assistance.
