Malta Wood DH Window Balancer Hardware

Good Morning. I have circa 1993 Malta Wood DH windows and the window sashes won't stay up on their own any longer when I open the windows. I assume that the balancer is worn out so I took apart the vinyl jamb liner to get to the balancer. I've attached photos of the assembly as well as close ups of the parts. I have two different window lengths the one I sent photos of is 53 inches long overall (+/-) and the other window length is 57 inches long overall (+/-). I'm hoping you can assist me in finding some replacement parts as I understand Malta Windows has been out of business for sometime. Thank you! Tarra Caikauskas

Thanks for your photos and question. Unfortunately we can only supply the friction shoe, 15-104. If you do need the springs, you will need to get new jamb liner from your nearest mill work.
