Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a tilt window. With that in mind, I recommend the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600 with a red tip. The best match will depend on the outer tube diameter.

As for the pivot shoe, we can only offer an educated guess which would be the 15-046. You'll have to remove the old one to compare the specifications and see if they're a match.
