Your spiral balance resembles the (3/8) S400 or (5/8") S500 spiral balances depending on the diameter of your housing tube. Although most of your tip is missing, it looks like a bit of red is left behind, which indicates that you'll need a red tip option for your replacement balances. You'll also need to measure the length of the tube, not including the spiral, to confirm the correct replacement. Thanks for posting!
