Please review the Series 795 channel balance as replacement. Please note that your T-lock shoe has an open(see through) metal cam. You will need to purchase the 15-195B shoe additionally and switch out with the stock shoe before installing. 

The 32-3 stamp should translate to a S795-33 with a 33C stamp option, but we recommend weighing the sash to confirm. A 33C stamp can support a 20 to 25 lb window sash.
