Hello, The shoe stud shown in your first photo looks like a match to the 36-078 but your operator looks like the style commonly used on casement windows, which is a bit strange. Could you confirm how your operator base attaches to the window sill? Also, do you have an undamaged operator that you could show us? Thank you. |

The operator in your photos looks a lot like the 39-027E, but without the nylon bearing at the end. Yours has a hole that receives a guide like our 36-078, like Casey mentioned. This is a really weird setup and I would wager that yours was a custom job. That unfortunately means that it's no something we can replicate. Now, we do sell an awning window operator that takes the 36-078 shoe, which is our 39-348. This operator is a dual arm, though, and is installed in the center of the window frame. To use this one would take a lot of adapting. Personally, I would consider the 39-027E operator. My thought is to drill out the end bearing so you can use the 36-078 shoe stud. To keep the shoe stud in place you could use a "E" ring clip or the 39-106 detach clip. That might be easier for you at the end of the day but even then there is no guarantee that it will work. |
