Marvin Crank Keeps Falling Out

A quick learner from San Diego says:
Hello,

We have a Marvin crank that when opening the window it locks into place but as soon as we start to crank the window close the crank unscrews from the window frame and falls out. I believe there is some part missing but its been extremely hard to find any information on this crank.

Thanks,
Erik

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Erik. When that worm gear connected to the crank handle detaches from the operator, it unfortunately means that the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Can we see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s)? From there, we'll see if we can help. Many thanks.

A quick learner from San Diego says:
Hi Bob, Thanks for getting back to me. Here are some more photos of the entire assembly including the link arms.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

This looks like either our 39-031 & 39-032, or our 39-155 & 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new folding handle & cover kit, see our 39-107FK.
