Hi,

I believe the attached window balancer is a 32XHD with a blue shoe. I couldn't locate a replacement, do you have any suggestions? Thanks again for the help!

Hello,

Take a look and compare the S751-33 channel balance with a 32HD strength option to your assembly. The S751 balance comes with the 15-014 knife lock shoe, which, other than the color, looks like a match to yours but make sure to review the dimensions to confirm.
