Marvin Window Balance replacement

Question

Hello, I have Marvin Tilt Pac, 2434 size. Balance measures 35" and has 34R stamped on it. I believe your part - 35" Series 751 Channel Balance, is what I need. Is there anything else I need to validate prior to ordering?

Hello there. Just make sure this channel balance has a 'ribbed' channel, rather than a plain one--see the difference here. Also make sure the knife shoe at the bottom matches the 15-014, which comes attached by default to our standard version of the Series 751. There are different shoes, the 15-197 and 15-233, so just be certain these aren't what you have. Otherwise, if everything checks out, then it does sound like you need the S751-35 with a stamp option of 34R. Let me know if you have further questions.
