Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 36-048 appears to be our best match. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think. We just recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

As for the operator, see the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156. Carefully review the specifications and see which ones match up.

36-048 appears to be the correct replacement part for the concealed hinges. There is one discrepancy between the original part and the specs in the link for the 36-048. All the dimensions are the same except for the 5 1/16" hole on the replacement which is 5 1/2" on my original part. I should be able to drill a new pilot hole in the sash and use the Swisco part.

I have no need for new operators.
