Marvin window crank

Home Owner from San Francisco
Hello - I have about five windows that all use this same crank, and three of the cranks have broken! The handle says Marvin. It's hard to be sure exactly about the measurements of the spline, but it is roughly 5/8" of an inch, maybe a tiny bit less. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Sorry - quick correction: I meant to write 5/16" of an inch, not 5/8".

Hey there!

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Thank you!

Sure thing - hopefully this will work.

Thanks so much! This is a huge help. It looks like you may have the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operator, depending on the length of the link arm. Look over the dimensions for each and see which one matches up best.

Awesome, great detective work! Thank you. I had my terminology a bit mixed up - I see now the crank is the part you identified. I was originally thinking of the crank handle. So I have three broken handles (!), but only one of the actual cranks is broken. One quick follow up question: would 39-205 crank handle work with my existing cranks, do you think? Or do I need to replace the crank at the same time even if it's not broken?

My apologies! There's no need to replace your crank if it's not broken. Our 39-205 is indeed compatible with the cranks I linked you to previously so that handle should work just fine with your setup!

If you have any questions just let us know!
