How do I order six 37 inch tubes, mine are marked 36HD and have the 15-014 Knife lock device.

Yes, thank you! If you have the 15-014 knife lock shoe and a 37" long ribbed channel balance, I would recommend looking at our S751-37 channel balance.

Thanks Tom,
I'm probably doing something wrong. Every time,almost, when I try to remove the sash the knife lock flies and blows up against the balance body. Either my technique is flawed or the plastic has become brittle.
