Thanks for reaching out to us. We should definitely be able to help with the pivot shoe, but I'm less certain about the pivot bar and tilt latch. These are fairly old designs so we might need to get a little creative.

Before I recommend anything, though, I just need a bit more information. To start with please tell me the width and thickness of the pivot shoe. Height doesn't really matter, but width and thickness are essential.

Please also show me a picture of the pivot bar without the tape measure, if possible. I just want to be sure I'm seeing the whole thing. I'd also like you to verify the distance between the center of the screw hole and the front tip that goes into the shoe. 

Lastly, for the tilt latch actuator, please tell me the distance between the two installation prongs and their height.

If possible, please write your measurements down for me to review. It's difficult to determine precise sizing from just a photo of the tape measure.

Thank you. Unfortunately, we don't sell any hardware in the dimensions given. I was optimistic about the pivot shoe before, but not so much now. The only part we have that's close to that thickness is our 15-120, but it's 1-1/4" wide, not 1-1/8", and has a huge cam opening. I don't think this would be a good fit for your window.

The same goes for the pivot bar. The only thing we sell that might fit is our 26-040, but this would require drilling a new hole and even then, it's not compatible with our 15-120. It might have been compatible with your old cam, but no shoe we sell with that style cam is 1-1/8" x 3/4".

As for the tilt latch, the best solution I can offer this is replacing it entirely with a surface mount option. The video below will clarify how this can be done.
