Mastic Window Levelers

I am trying to repair a Mastic window, It has one leveler missing and one with missing parts. The leveler is 31 inches long and 9/16 inches wide I will send pictures. I need both sides 2 levelers and 2 pivot shoes

Thanks for posting. How about our Series 770 channel balance? Does this look like a match for you? Compare it to your hardware and let me know.
As for the pivot shoe, I think you could consider our 15-129. I'm not sure though, as you do not give the thickness. The 15-129 is 9/16" thick. How does that compare to your own hardware?

I do think the 770 channel balancar 30 inch long will work. The 15-129 being 9/16 thick may work but it seems the one I have is just over 1/2 inch. Maybe 17/32 it is not 9/16 thick. I think we should try them both. Now not to sound stupid but does the 770 connect to the 15-129 OK ? Thank you so much for your help solving my problems with this window. Lyle

Hey, Lyle! Yes, the Series 770 connects with the 15-129 very well.
