Mastic window parts needed

Question

Hi, I have a broken window slider. I also THINK I have a broken slider guide, but I cannot be sure. I've attached a photo of the slider (which is broken but reinserted for purposes of the picture). I've also attached a photo of what I believe to be the slider guide, which has a metal interior that shoucld be encased in plastic, but has come out of the plastic. Please let me know.

The window is a double hung vinyl window, Mastic series 115.095 DH, type: VSDH, code: EWG-K-18.

Hey there, Christine. We have known customers to use our 26-021 pivot bars for their Mastic windows. Review the part and see if you believe this will work for you. Pay close attention to the measurements and let us know if they line up with yours. We'd also like for you to pay close attention to your pivot shoe and see if they match up with either our 15-167 or 15-129.
