I don't have any undamaged parts but here are the components out of the window. Any chance of matching them from these pictures? Also the SWISCO jamb spreaders I used to get could barely spread the jamb wide enough to pry these parts out, do you have any recommendations for getting the new parts in?

Thanks for getting back to me! This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe. Our shoe uses the Series 152 Coil Balances, which mount with screws to the shoe rather than that hinge like your old springs, but they'll otherwise work the same way.
