I'm not sure which part to purchase. I think its product code 39-334. Can you verify? Also are there other parts I might need to complete the repair. The gears on the crank are broken. Thanks for your help!

Hi there!
In order to confirm a replacement, we'd have to see your operator uninstalled from your window so that we can see the entire mechanism, arms and all.

Could you show us a picture of your operator from a birds-eye-view? We'd need to see the arms especially.
