Measures door lock

Your handle is an older type made by Sash Control and is no longer available. Check to see if you can get the 82-003 to work on your door. It has that same 3-15/16" hole spacing you have. If not, then you would need to use a surface mount like our 82-005. I'm afraid yours is just too old, so these would be your only options.
