Mechanism Crank Inoperative

A handy person from New Hampshire says:
My window is ~16 years old, a Norco Windows, D series Clad Case/Awn, 076-N-330 is inoperative. The mechanism inside the crank box is stripped. I have removed the crank handle and tried to rotate the crank mechanism and it will not work. We need a new crank box. I have a handy man who can assist me installing the part. Please advise how I can purchase one and have it shipped.

Thanks for writing in. This might be our 39-027E and 39-028E, but I can't be certain from seeing your operator still installed. Look over the dimensions; if they don't match, let us see your operator out of the window.
