Metal coil on opposite side of window needs replacement

Thanks for contacting us! From what I can see, your coil shoe looks like it could be the one used in our Series 140 Quick-Tilt assemblies. Although, to confirm that this is the right replacement, it would help to see an undamaged assembly removed from the window. You'll also need to have it removed to confirm the dimensions.

To determine the amount of weight the assemblies should be able to support, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.
