This looks like the 18-073 top sash guide. Now, I can't be certain, but we've noticed a lot of people who purchase the 18-073 also purchase the Series 350 Channel Balance, so start by comparing your balance to that. Focus especially on the nylon fittings. If they do not match up, please post photos of the balance fittings, we'd be happy to research a replacement balance for you. Many thanks.
