This balance is going to be an S380-28 or an S385-28 channel balance. I can't tell by looking; you have to measure. The 1" shoe below would mean you have Series 380, whereas the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. You can consider the 2730 option, but you need to weigh your window sash to be sure. It will weigh 13 to 19 pounds, if your option is correct.
