Metal pivot shoe not sure of name

Q we have a allside double hung window Model # 0201 purchased April 2007  the piece we need fits inside of window.  the medal piece broke off

Hello! Your old pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-177. I'm not sure exactly what the metal piece might be, but it sounds like it could be the balance spring. If so, the 15-177 is designed to work with the Series 152.
