Metal sash guide

Hello, I want to repair my windows and I've noticed that one metal sash guides is broken. Could you please help me to find corresponding replacement? Should I also replace sashes with spring?

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your original top sash guide. We cannot guarantee a direct fit, but the closest we carry are the 18-012 or the 18-010 guides.
