Coil balancer and pivot parts

A quick learner from Simpsonville SC says:

Good grief! First time window repair. Bought 1997 home and a lot of these are broken Can't find MFG info.
Numbers barely visible on spring on bottom pivot: 6.5 33" T523203 ???
Smaller inner coil has a "3" on it.

Upper unit attachment ends are missing. Marking on upper has ? 9

Hello! We sell the individual components of this balance system. See our 15-111 pivot shoe, Series 160 spring, and 15-150D dual spring support.

Please note that our Series 160 spring has a 1/2" wide band. You should measure yours before you buy anything to ensure that it's the same.
