Miilgard Window Sash Lock

We're looking to replace several of our windows sash locks that aren't operating very well. Please see photos of our current sash locks. Please let me know if you have the part we need for our windows. Thank you!

Hi Tom, Yes it looks like that is the correct part that we need for our windows. Do they come with the 2 screws or are they sold separately? If separate, which ones would we need to order Thank you!

These parts do not come with screws, unfortunately, but you can use a #8 screw like our 33-090. Just note that the length may vary depending on your window. That can be a little harder to predict, so if you have one of the old screws I recommend taking it in to a local hardware store for them to match up. If not, you can buy a couple different length #8 screws and try them out until one works.
