Before we can confirm if our S380-29 channel balance will work in your part's place, we need to see some detailed photos of the balance removed from the window. Be sure to include the top and bottom nylon attachments. Those parts play an important part in searching for a replacement.

We received your balance fittings. We identified the top as our 19-005 and bottom shoe as our 15-005. So you will need Series 380-29 side load balance. When cutting the ends, you cut off the spring weight code stamped on the metal channel. You need that when ordering to select the correct "option"
