Milestone series 1000 single hung windows

Question

Hello I need replacement parts for milestone series 1000 single hung aluminum windows. The only markings on the channel balance is unique 26-B-20, and 10-99-99. The window from the out side measures 55 1/4 height and 36 width. I also need top and bottom plastic sashes and the clips that go into the balances. Also the covers that go over the clips. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 16-002 looks like a match for the take out clip. I can't make out the top and bottom fittings of the balance, however. Can you show us up-close photos of them? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel?

I'm not sure what you mean by plastic sashes though. Can you upload photos of that? Can we also see a photo of the cover installed?
