Milgaard 18 x 18 Crank casement operator

This is a picture of the operator mechanism on my"good" Milgaard crank casement window. The identical window's mechanism has failed. Please help me identify the replacement part to order.

Pin on arm (same window both sides) is corroded. Would like to replace that pin a as well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend you have a look at the 39-239C operator as well as the 36-004-10 hinge set. The 39-536 slide assembly is sold separately. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
