Would like to identify and purchase proper replacement part for my Milgard Sash Window. It has a 21-inch channel balance (excluding the plastic tips. Photos are attached. This is the left side. Can you confirm the same channel balance will fit on both the left and right side? If it's the same part, I'd like to purchase a total of 4 channel balances to service two windows of this size.

Hello,
Take a look at the S380-21 balance with the 15-005 bottom shoe and the S385-21 balance with the 15-004 shoe. I'm not sure what size your bottom shoe is "heel to toe"? See which one of these balances match up to the one you are looking for. Take note you will also need to pick the option 2020 which is stamped on your balance. Thank you!
