Can you help me identify the right part for channel balance replacement.
33 inches
1/2 wide
windows weight: 22 pounds

This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 3240.

The ones that I received worked great. I have some other windows that are 26" inches in length and weigh 16 or 20 pounds depending on the window. Is the S380-26 the right one to order and if so which option? They have the same shoes and options as the S380-33 that I got.

You should check each window on a case-by-case basis. I highly recommend guessing at which windows have what. It is not uncommon for window installers to use different balances in different windows and it's better to be safe than sorry.

When you check each window, examine the top and bottom nylon fittings and the stamp on the metal channel to confirm what you need.
