Milgard Awning window

Question

May you please help me find the best replacement for this Milgard window crank and housing?  The window will crank open, but the crank just spins when I try to crank it closed.

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-239B Window Operator, which uses the 39-536 pivot slides. There is also a stainless steel version of this assembly, the 39-239C. Take a look and compare the specifications to yours. For new handles and covers, see the 39-375 or 39-451, which are sold separately. Thanks for posting.
