Milgard Balance Verification

Hi - I want to verify if I've correctly identified the balance I need. Pics attached:

Width = 1/2
Length = 21"
Sash weight = 17.7 pounds
Stamp = 20 4 KV CMC 9

Part needed: Series 385 - Option 2040 - 21"

The S385-21 looks close, I agree. Just make sure that your bottom nylon fitting is the same 1-3/32" size as the 15-004 that comes with ours. If it's 1" instead, then you want the S380-21.

Tom - Good call out. I've confirmed the size to be 1-3/32". Will be ordering soon. Thank you.
