Please help to identify what part number I would use to replace the attached pictured balancers?

Hi there Jim.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at our S380-21 and S385-21 channel balances. One of these looks like a match depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You can select the 2040 stamp option for the replacements based on the old stamp.
